Designed for PCB packaging applications, these Snap-In Clips
are ideal for top-side board mounting. Catalog
Numbers 92, 2915 and 52 should be specified for "A" and
"AA" size cells. Catalog
Number 82 should be selected for "AAA" and "N" size cells.

51 should be selected for "AAAA" size cells. To facilitate
a direct PCB-to-battery connection, the clips are manufactured
from spring steel with a nickel plated finish. All these clips
are shock and vibration resistant and incorporate a unique
snap-in mounting feature to assure firm positioning during
wave soldering. Reliable PCB installation and solderability
is possible with either 0.062" or 0.093" (1.57mm and 2.36mm)
thick boards.
Keystone also offers Catalog
Number 54 clip for 18mm Dia Lithium-Ion rechargeable batteries.
Spring style clips assure reliable connections with a low
contact resistance. The design allows the battery clip to
reliably adjust and accept cells with different overall lengths.
Positive connections, without concern for dimensional tolerance
problems is accomplished; eliminating contact overstress and/or
intermittent connection conditions.
