This series of Low Profile SMT Battery Clips for "A",
"AA", "AAA", "AAAA" and "N" cells are especially
useful in high density package applications.
Manufactured using .010 (0.25mm) or .012 (0.30mm) thick Nickel
Plated Spring Steel, these clips are designed to securely retain
cells and withstand shock and vibration, they also feature a
"Flow Hole" SMT solder tail designed to increase joint strength.
Also available are low temperature solder versions which are
Matte Tin Plated.
These clips are available in loose piece (Catalog Numbers 50,
53, 55, 550 & 553), or on Tape and Reel (Catalog Numbers
50TR, 53TR, 50TR, 550TR & 553TR), on 13 inch or 15 inch
reels. The carrier tape is polystyrene, with parts mounted on
a 16mm or 24mm pitch, that meets ANSI/EIA-481 standards.
