Slim-Line PC Screw Terminals 

Keystone has expanded its assortment of PC mount screw terminals to include new Slim-Line screw terminals in a vertical mounting configuration.

Rated for 15 Amps, these new devices are ideally suited for high density packaging on a PCB design requiring a minimal footprint wire-to-board connection. They feature a no-rock design with an exclusive anti-rotation feature. This design supports the terminal during installation on the board when attaching #14-22 AWG wires, spades or ring terminals.

Combined with space-saving, cost effective attributes, the units utilize the same mounting holes as our other screw terminals in 45º, 60º, and 90º orientation to the board enabling design versatility. Manufactured from brass with a matte-tin plate finish, these terminals are available with a 6-32 binding head machine screw installed and captivated on the terminals, as an unassembled terminal and screw kit or as the terminal only without any screw.

Screws are also available with color coded heads in red, black, white, blue, green, yellow and clear for enhanced assembly identification and troubleshooting purposes.

SEMS Screws on PCB Terminals Secure Wires

SEMS Screws are an ideal option on Keystone's PCB Screw terminals for quick, secure and stable wire lead attachments, including bare wires.

Rated at 15 to 30 Amps, these innovative screw terminal design features exclusive anti-rotation, non-rocking design making them ideal for high density packaging. In addition, the SEMS screw incorporates a captivated, free-spinning lock-washer to eliminate wire twisting upon tightening terminals.

Space-saving and cost-effective, these entries enhance the company’s PC screw terminal line. SEMS screw units are available in horizontal and vertical mounting configurations. Terminals are manufactured from Brass with tin-plated finishes and are supplied with SEMS installed and captivated on the terminals or unassembled.
