Slim-Line PC Screw Terminals

Keystone has expanded its assortment of PC mount screw terminals to include new Slim-Line screw terminals in a vertical mounting configuration.

Rated for 15 Amps, these new devices are ideally suited for high density packaging on a PCB design requiring a minimal footprint wire-to-board connection. They feature a no-rock design with an exclusive anti-rotation feature. This design supports the terminal during installation on the board and when attaching #14-22 AWG wires, spades or ring terminals.

Combined with space-saving, cost effective attributes, the units are offered in 45º, 60º, and 90º orientation to the board enabling design versatility. Manufactured from brass with a matte-tin plate finish, these terminals are available with a 6-32 binding head machine screw installed and captivated on the terminals, as an unassembled terminal and screw kit or as the terminal only without any screw.

Screws are also available with color coded heads in red, black, white, blue, green, yellow and clear for enhanced assembly identification and troubleshooting purposes.

Keystone's series of SMT PC Board Connectors are designed to pass signals or power across PC Boards are the latest connectivity devices available from Keystone Electronics Corp.

Quick and easy to set-up, these space-saving SMT connectors have a horizontal orientation making them uniquely suitable as parallel board-to-board or board-to-component alternative options for power or signal transferring. These new connectors are designed to provide low profile circuit linkage and minimal footprint for high-density, high current PCB packages on power and aluminum backplanes. All PCB soldering applications, including reflow, may be utilized.

The female sockets are equipped with side guides for additional reinforcement to minimize PCB movement when installed.

All Tape and Reel parts are packaged per ANSI/EIA-481 standard for compatibility with most vacuum and mechanical pick and place assembly systems.
