Keystone's vast collection of test points includes an array of Thru-Hole and Surface Mount styles with colored high temperature resistant plastic bases for enhanced circuit board
production testing and service troubleshooting.
Thru-Hole Mountable Test Points may be used on .062 and .093 thick PCB's. The colored insulators for the test points also serve to keep on-board terminals perpendicular to the PCB so that relative position, during and after soldering is maintained.
Surface Mountable Test Points have a colored identification base that is manufactured from high temperature LCP suitable for SMT reflow soldering operations. Parts are supplied on Tape and Reel per ANSI/EIA-481 standard for compatibility with automatic pick and place assembly systems.
Keystone's Color Keyed Test Points are available in 10 colors consisting of Red, Black, White, Yellow, Orange, Brown, Green, Blue, Purple and Grey and designed to operate with a variety of gripping devices. Among these are J-Hooks, EZ-Hooks, Grabbers, Alligator Clips, Tips and Probes.
