Innovative PCB Test Point Products from Keystone
 
Hybrid Mount PCB Test Point
 
Unique miniature Circuit Board Test Point features the ability to be mounted on a PCB via Thru-Hole or Surface Mounting methods.
 
The Hybrid mounting style design maximizes the efficiency of SMT contacts with the strong and durable solder connections to a circuit board of Thru Hole mounted devices. This Test Point has a locating pin design to provide positive location of the device during the assembly process.   When installed on .032 thick boards, the locating pin can add the strength of a THM component to an SMT mounting design.
 
Cat. # 5027 features a flat-wire design making it a superior anchoring point for probes, J-Hooks and other circuit testing devices while minimizing shifting and damage which is common on standard posts and terminals.
 
 
Color-Keyed Thru-Hole PCB Test Points
   
Keystone's vast collection of test points includes an expanded array of colored nylon bases for the miniature, compact and multipurpose styles.
10 colors to choose from: Red, Black, White, Yellow, Orange, Brown, Green, Blue, Purple and Gray. THM Test Points may be used on .062 and .093 thick PCB'S with a variety of gripping devices including J-Hooks, EZ-Hooks, Grabbers, Alligator Clips, Tips and Probes. 
 
These designs also serve to keep on-board terminals perpendicular to the PCB so that relative position, during and after wave soldering is maintained. THM Test points are manufactured from Phosphor Bronze with either Silver or Matte Tin Plate.
